Patience, professionalism, friendship, patience, humor, education, patience, wisdom, commitment, patience, patience, and patience are some of the words that come to mind when I think about you guiding Charles and me through six months of house hunting. We changed our minds on where we wanted to move and what we wanted so many times. I don't think we missed looking at one listing that met our (then current) requirements in Dawson or Forsyth and only missed a few in Hall County.
Our uncertainty was so frustrating to us and we felt guilty for taking so much of your time and energy. But, you were always professional, supportive, insightful and patient. I kept expecting your hair to fall out or you to break out in hives, because I didn't believe anyone could deal with as much frustration as we were providing and the frustration not manifest itself in some way. Instead, you assured us that you were becoming more familiar with the areas of these counties and it was a positive for you in fulfilling the needs of future clients.
I want you to know that Charles and I are very appreciative for your hard work in listing, marketing and selling our previous home. But we are not only appreciative; we are amazed and in awe for all you did to help us find our new home. I am usually not comfortable making recommendations since it brings such a responsibility and I then have no control. That is not the case with you. I will continue to sing your praises and recommend you to anyone who is looking to sell or to purchase residential real estate.

As hard as I am to please, Diana found the perfect home for me. Saturday after Saturday she would take the whole day driving me around to look at potential homes. It really felt like I was out with a friend instead of someone who was just doing her job. Diana took to heart my needs and made sure they were met. She was great a pointing out things about a house that may not suit me or may be potential problems, things I would have missed.
